Welcome to WECE!

WECE, (pronounced we-see), is University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s organization for women in the electrical and computer engineering department. Our organization welcomes members of both genders to be active in the group, and our purpose is to form a community that supports women in electrical and computer engineering. We strive to do this by organizing professional, technical, and social events.

Are you looking to be more actively involved next year and get leadership experience? Apply now to be on the WECE Board for the next academic year! This is a great way to get involved in a student organization, make a difference, and build your resume.

You can learn more about each office and apply here. Each applicant will be asked to give a short speech at the next general meeting in April. Applications will close April 12th at 11:55 PM, so apply soon!
